We want you to be happy with your order. Because all Day1Father products are made to order, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Returns
We accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.
Made-to-Order Products
All Day1Father products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong product
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is a production error or defect, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, personalized or made-to-order products may be exempt from cancellation and return rights under applicable law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
